This is a revolutionary "stop block" that addresses the issue on the Chrysler 2.7 dual overhead cam engine of timing chain jumping and valve to piston contact. These motors are notorious for the tensioner not keeping the timing chain tight, thus allowing the chain to jump causing major engine damage.
This timing block installs near the tensioner by using the two included bolts in place of your existing small head bolts. You can use this with a new timing chain during a rebuild or with a running motor to keep it alive. Installs in under two hours. Must be mechanically inclined or certified mechanic, may require modification to fit your vehicle.
This basically turns a ticking time bomb into a reliable motor. Installation is self explanatory, remove valve cover, take out two small front head bolts, slide block into place, trim stop block so bolts will line up with holes if required (use bench grinder dremel etc), use two included longer bolts to install block, reinstall valve cover.
